Your journey begins in the heart of Edinburgh, where we'll take over an entire boutique hotel as our home for the next four nights. Arrive at your own pace, settle into your room, and join us downstairs whenever you're ready for an evening of great food, drinks, and conversation as we kick off an unforgettable week together.

After breakfast, we'll discover Edinburgh on foot with a private guided walking experience led by one of the city's most beloved local storytellers, accompanied by a very special four-legged friend. The afternoon is yours to explore before we gather for an extraordinary Michelin-starred tasting dinner celebrating exceptional food, thoughtful pairings, and great company.

Today we'll venture into the Scottish countryside to experience two of the country's most iconic modern landmarks. From an extraordinary feat of engineering that transformed Scotland's historic canal system to towering sculptures inspired by Scottish folklore, today offers a fascinating look at the creativity and innovation that continue to shape the nation.

Spend the morning exploring Edinburgh Castle before enjoying a private afternoon tea in one of Scotland's most iconic landmarks. The afternoon is yours to relax, shop, and explore, before we gather for a truly unforgettable evening of exceptional food, whisky, music, and celebration.

JOURNEY
July 5th, 2028
Edinburgh to Islay
For those making the journey to Islay, we’ll depart Edinburgh in the morning on a coach, and make our way towards Kennacraig Ferry Terminal, along of the most beautiful drives, following the banks of Loch Lomond.
From Kennacraig, we’ll take the ferry over to Islay, and then on to our accommodation.
Our first evening on Islay will include a hosted dinner, with locally caught and farmed ingredients.

Spend the day exploring the craftsmanship, agriculture, and innovation that make Islay whisky unlike any other. From locally grown barley and traditional production methods to the island's wild botanicals and creative spirit, today is all about discovering what makes Islay truly unique.

The Fèis
Today is the heart of our trip. For one unforgettable day, Islay House becomes our own private Mini Fèis Ìle, bringing together whisky, music, local artisans, island traditions, and exceptional hospitality before culminating in the exclusive release of Ardnahoe Cask #297.

Today is all about experiencing Islay from a different perspective. Combining scenic coastal walks, legendary distilleries, fresh local seafood, and a private boat charter, this unforgettable adventure showcases the rugged beauty and maritime heritage that have shaped the island for generations.

After breakfast, we'll say farewell to Islay and retrace our journey across the sea to the Scottish mainland. Private transportation is included from the ferry to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, with assistance available for guests choosing to continue their travels by air from Islay.
